Together, Jacob and Jennifer bring years of experience from some of the nation's largest companies, combined with the values they learned growing up in family-owned businesses.

Jacob built his career in transportation and logistics, holding leadership roles with Amazon and JB Hunt. His experience managing logistics operations, coordinating transportation, optimizing efficiency, and delivering reliable service gives J & J Haul Away the systems and organization needed to complete every project safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Jennifer's background includes leadership roles with Amazon, where she led the Problem Solve team responsible for resolving operational challenges and keeping fulfillment processes running smoothly. She also held management positions with Target in both warehouse and retail store operations, developing extensive experience in leadership, customer service, process improvement, and operational excellence.

In addition to their corporate experience, both Jacob and Jennifer spent years working in their parents' family-owned businesses. Those experiences taught them that great service is built on honesty, hard work, and genuine relationships not just completing a job.
